The British businessman Paul Davidson has signed a contract deprived of buying and selling of actions of Really Majorca, which they suppose more than 90 % of the share capital of the Majorcan club, according to the Group DRAC, company of the president of the entity bermellona Vicente Grande.
“Binipuntiró, SLU and don Paul Davidson have signed today contract deprived of buying and selling of actions of Really Majorca, representative of 91,24 % of the share capital of this entity”, it indicates the bulletin. “Formalized the above-mentioned contract, his efficacy remains subordinated to the obligatory judicial authorization in the bosom of the procedure concursal in that the entity Binipuntiró is immersed, SLU”, he continues.
As soon as the above-mentioned authorization was obtained, always before next October 15, “the parts will grant the corresponding public buying and selling writing”. Days ago, Paul Davidson had already promised in writing with Vicente Grande, to pay 38 millions for 91,24 % of the share capital of the Balearic club.
