The company has acquired google bloguera Tatter And Company (TNC), thanks to which, the company will be able to extend his assets on a market in which he is still a competitor with little force. The economic terms of the buy still have not been revealed.
It was the proper executive director of TNC, Chang Kim, who announced this acquisition in his personal blog, who added that this agreement would increase the market share of Google in Korea, country where the Yahoo portal has a lot of force. Kim also has declared that TNC tries to introduce his platform bloguera in other countries, as public The Wall Street Journal.
