The newspaper Expansion has released today Saturday September 6 that Prisa has invited companies interested in acquiring its unit Digital + pay-TV to send non-binding bids from Sept. 15.
The group Prisa, whose assets are the daily El Pais, the Cadena Ser radio stations or more from Latin America, has yet to announce that it has opened a formal process to sell Digital +, but has so far claimed that it was considering selling part or all of its pay-TV unit.
