Scientists in the United States identified a gene that, they say, it might influence the production of a type of antibodies that neutralize the virus causative VIH of the AIDS.
If the organism manages to produce this type of antibodies, say the investigators, it will be able to attack and kill to the infectious virus.
The find published in the magazine Science, might lead to a new approach for the development of a vaccine against the VIH cradle on these antibodies called "neutralizantes".
